Article 2 (Vehicle inquiries and export intermediation)
Users can make vehicle enquiries via our website.

Based on the content of your inquiry, we will provide as much information as possible and act as an export intermediary to facilitate smooth vehicle sales between users and overseas JDM dealers.

The purchase and sale contract for a vehicle is concluded directly between the user and the JDM dealer, and our company is not a party to the purchase and sale contract. Information and inquiries on this website do not guarantee the establishment of a purchase and sale contract.

Article 3 (Scope of our responsibility)
We are responsible for all procedures from deregistration of the vehicle for export in Japan, customs clearance procedures in Japan, to shipping the vehicle overseas.

After the vehicle is delivered to the JDM dealer, we have no involvement in and are not responsible for any damage during ocean transportation, import customs procedures after arrival in the United States, local land transportation, sales activities by the JDM dealer, or any claims or liability issues regarding the quality, defects, breakdowns, repairs, warranties, refunds, or any other matters related to these after the sale.

Regarding these matters, the JDM dealer will be the primary party to deal with them, and the user must resolve them directly with the JDM dealer; our company will not be involved in any dispute resolution.

Article 4 (Prohibited matters)
When using this service, users must not engage in the following acts.

Any act that violates laws, regulations or public order and morals.

Any act that infringes on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights or other rights of our company or any third party.

Any act that libels or slanders our company or third parties, or damages their reputation or credibility.

Any act that interferes with or may interfere with the operation of this Service.

Providing false information.

Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)
We make no guarantees regarding the content of this service.

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of using this service, except in cases where such damages are due to our intentional or gross negligence.

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to the interruption, suspension, or change of content of this service.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
